Beach Books
With summer right around the corner, it's time to relax and start cracking open some fun books. When I'm on vacation, I read like crazy! Nothing makes me happier than sitting on the beach and reading a book aaaaalllllllllll afternoon! It's hard to choose my favorite books, but these books are all lighthearted and easy reads. In no specific order, here are a few of my favorites that I highly recommend!
1. LET'S PRETEND THIS NEVER HAPPENED (A MOSTLY TRUE MEMOIR)
3. THE HYPNOTIST'S LOVE STORY
This Australian author is fabulous. I have read all of her books and I recommend them all! This book was super cute and fun to read.
4. GONE GIRL
What a page turner! I couldn't put this book down! I can't wait to read more by Gilian Flynn.
5. THE HUNGER GAMES TRILOGY
In case you've been living in a cave and haven't read these yet, you must!
6. THE MAGIC ROOM
This is a lovely, heartwarming book. I teared up a few times.
7. ARE YOU THERE, VODKA? IT'S ME, CHELSEA
Honestly, all of Chelsea Handler's books are hilarious. This is one of her earlier books which I found particularly amusing. I would recommend any of her books.
8. THE GLASS CASTLE
I've read this book multiple times because it's one of my absolute favorites!
9. FIFTY SHADES OF GREY TRILOGY
Again, unless you live under a rock, you've probably read this series already. If not, don't be bashful! Behind all the hoopla is a great story.
10. ANGRY HOUSEWIVES EATING BON BONS
Everything about the title of this book just screams "read me!" This is a perfect beach read!
Hopefully you will start stockpiling books for summer! Does anyone have some book recommendations for me?
1. LET'S PRETEND THIS NEVER HAPPENED (A MOSTLY TRUE MEMOIR)
This is literally the funniest book I've ever read. I had a hard time reading it in public because I would laugh out loud!
2. SOMETHING BORROWED & SOMETHING BLUE
Emily Giffin never disappoints, but these two are probably my favorite books of hers

Bridal Shower Present
In a few days I'm going to share some fabulous pictures of a bridal shower I recently attended. But first, I wanted to share the present that I gave.
The bride-to-be registered for so many fun kitchen items, and I wanted to present them in a fun way as opposed to just sticking everything in a bag. Using a stainless mixing bowl, I placed fun things inside such as a Pyrex measuring cup, wine, Calphalon wooden spoons, Martha Stweart cupcake liners, a fabulous pink spatula (from Target!) and an adorable personalized apron from Etsy . It turned our perfect! The apron is my favorite!
